Dear Edventures community,
This month was defined by solidifying our foundation. We completed our infrastructure migration to Aiven and Scaleway, which gives us a much more robust base as we keep building our own language model. On the AI side, we spent June focused on iterating through sample data as we want to ensure Anna’s coaching remains precise and context-aware before we start training the main model. We created a brand new design system and have gradually started rolling it out, along with some production backend updates.
If you’re just getting to know us, here’s a recap

Our mission is to develop a cutting-edge conversational AI that provides personalised coaching and learning experiences tailored to each entrepreneur’s specific business idea, needs, and challenges. Our platform also supports entrepreneurship organisations, coaches, and educators who play pivotal roles in supporting aspiring entrepreneurs.
Read on to discover this month’s latest updates and milestones. If you’re in a rush, below are the highlights you need to know about from last month.
TL;DR
- Drafted and iterated on the curated sample data for Anna, preparing ahead of training our larger proprietary model.
- Rolled out a new design system across the platform, with bolder colours, and a systematic approach to all components and tokens.
- Completed the migration of our infrastructure to Aiven and Scaleway for a more stable foundation as we continue to build our AI model.
- Actively pursuing selection for the Supercharger Ventures CohortX and NEC X ElevX Ignite accelerators.
๐ Community
The most visible changes this month are across our external surfaces. We launched a completely new design system for our main website, blog, and help centre sites, with bolder colours, dark mode, and a systematic approach to all components and tokens. We also updated our online pitch deck, which we launched last month, and added a brand new data room this month to the pitch site. Check it out here!
Behind the scenes, we worked on internal tools and agents. We rebuilt an old lead generation script into a more solid agentic system, basically an internal framework automating prospect discovery and inbox sync, and overhauled our content creation pipeline by solidifying the creation pipeline with editorial playbooks for copywriting, contextual knowledge, and SEO to help the agents work more efficiently. This means our content creation pipeline will automate a big part of planning and drafting of content, while I’m still reviewing and editing every draft before publishing them to our blog. These two system will still need iterations, but will gradually speed up content creation and lead generation to help with both marketing and sales efforts.
โ๏ธ Product Evolution
The core of June’s product work was Anna. We focused on drafting and refining the pre-training sample data for our LLM, making sure that when we train the larger production model, it handles founder contexts accurately. This groundwork is what sets up next month’s training run.
Under the hood, we completed our infrastructure migration to Aiven and Scaleway, giving us a much more robust foundation as we continue to build out our internal tools and external features that are more AI native.
๐ฐ Funding Opportunities
We are currently in the final stages of selection for Supercharger Ventures CohortX, following a final interview held earlier in June. We have also entered the selection process for the NEC X ElevX Ignite accelerator programme.
๐ Team News
No standout team announcements this month; we kept our heads down building.
๐ What’s in the Pipeline for Next Month?
- Next month we move from sample iteration into the training of our model.
- Continue the rollout of our new design system across all remaining platform components.
- Outcomes for the Supercharger Ventures CohortX and NEC X ElevX Ignite accelerators.
- And perhaps more to share…
